Forecasters' discussion
From the National Weather Service office in ILN, issued 4 hrs ago
What Has Changed
No significant changes.
Key Messages
1) High pressure will persist over the region through the week, bringing dry and seasonable conditions.
Discussion
Key Message 1)
High pressure and dry conditions will prevail through the week. Have continued to trend lower on dewpoints over the next several days given the dry airmass. Good radiational cooling should also continue to allow overnight lows to be a bit cooler than guidance at night. With some upper 30s possible for tonight, will include patchy frost development late tonight into early Tuesday morning.
Aviation
A period of visibility restrictions is expected once again at KLUK around 12Z. Otherwise VFR will prevail with only some thin high clouds passing across the region. Light and variable winds will become east northeast at less than 10 kt.
OUTLOOK...No significant weather expected.
