What: Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.
Where: Fairbanks, Fox, Chatanika, Ester and Nenena.
When: Until 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
