Where: Southeast North Carolina and Northeast South Carolina coastal waters out 20 NM.
When: From 6 PM Friday to 8 PM EDT Sunday.
Impacts: Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
